Just now I have completed projects for OSRAM AG's flexible strip business, suddenly I am also advising companies outside the lighting industry. The last 18 years from OSRAM to LEDVANCE and Rodenstock to self-employment have been educational, turbulent and exciting at the same time. Over the course of ten years, I have been able to build up a solid knowledge base in executive and managerial positions in product management. In the last four years in particular, I have focused heavily on product management methodology in order to define how to analyze your own portfolio, compare it with the competition and develop your own successful roadmap.
